Rilwanu Umar Dayi was born at Dayi town, Malumfashi Local Government Area, Katsina State. He had his B.Sc. Agriculture and M.Sc. Agronomy at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He obtained his Ph.D from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi. He is a Chief Lecturer and currently the Director, College of Agriculture in the Polytechnic. He has many journal papers to his credit. He is a member of Horticultural Society of Nigeria. He is married and blessed with children.

Bala Ibrahim was born in Wurma, Katsina state,
Nigeria on 18th June, 1968. He is married and blessed with six
children. He had his primary school education at Wurma, continued his secondary school education in 1978 to 1984 at Government Secondary Technical School Mashi(GSTS). Obtained a National Diploma in General Agriculture in 1989 at the Hassan Usman Katsina polytechnic, then in 1990 another National Diploma in Agricultural Engineering at Kaduna Polytechnic, Kaduna. He receives his Higher National Diploma in Agricultural Engineering (Farm Power and Machinery Option) in 1994. In 2010 obtain his Postgraduate Diploma in Agricultural and Bio Resource Engineering at Federal University of Technology Minna. Obtained a Masters degree in Agricultural Engineering from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) in 2015, Specialized in Agricultural Mechanization and
Automation (Automation and Robotics).  He has been working as a lecturer since 1998 at Hassan Usman Katsina Polytechnic and hold different positions in the College of Agriculture and Department of Agricultural Technology. He is a member of the following professional bodies; Nigerian Institution of Agricultural Engineers (NIAE) and Nigerian Institution of Engineering Management (NIEM) Bala Ibrahim is currently pursuing his PhD in Agricultural Engineering at Federal University of Technology Minna, Niger state, he has attended various international and national conferences and published research articles both locally and internationally in reputable journals.

Abubakar Sulaiman obtained a National Certificate in Education (NCE) from the Federal College of Education, Katsina (1999), a Bachelor of Agricultural Technology (B. Agric. Tech.) General Agriculture from the Federal University of Technology Minna, Niger State (2006) and later, a Master of Science degree in Agricultural Extension and Rural Sociology from the famous Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria (2016). He joined the service of Hassan Usman Polytechnic in the year 2017.

He is currently the Examination Officer of the Department of Agricultural Technology and, a member of the College of Agriculture Seminar Committee (CASC). He is also participating in the Climate Change Adaptation and Agribusiness Support Programme (CASP) which is being supported by the Federal Government of Nigeria and the Katsina State Government and sponsored by the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). He is a registered member of the Agricultural Extension Society of Nigeria (AESON). Abubakar is happily married and blessed with four (4) children.

Najamuddeen Garba is presently pursuing his Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics (Livelihood and Natural Resources Economics) from Bayero University, Kano; he has acquired his Master of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto in 2013. His first degree was B. Agriculture (Agricultural Economics and Extension) from Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto which was acquired in 2006. His contemporary research interests cut across Households Livelihoods and Agricultural Marketing. Najamuddeen has attended various conferences and has published in several respectable international journals. He has held many managerial positions amongst which were an Assistant Examination officer and Examination Officer of the departments of Agricultural Technology and Forestry Technology respectively, Project Coordinator and SIWES Coordinator. He was a member of different Polytechnic committees, which includes: Matriculation and Orientation Committee, SUG elections electoral committee and NAKATSS elections electoral Committee. He joined the service of Hassan Usman Katsina Polytechnic in the year 2008. Najamuddeen is a member of Farm Management Association of Nigeria (FAMAN). He is happily married and has been blessed with 2 children

Abdu Babangida Umar holds a B. Agric (1990), MSc. Agric Economics and Ph.D Agric Economics all from Ahmad Bello university, Zaria.Dr Babangida has attended various local and international conferences and has published in reputable local and international journals. He is the current Head of Department, Department of Agricultural Technology. He joined the service of Hassan Usman Katsina Polytechnic in the year 1992 as Assistant Lecturer and rose through the ranks to Chief Lecturer. He has registered with various professional bodies including the Agricultural Society of Nigeria (ASN) and Nigeria Association of Agricultural Economist (NAAE). He is happily married and the marriage is blessed with four children.
